1:1 practice helps you better understand alignment for your own body and postures you have trouble with while giving you accountability. My practices hold space and facilitate mindfulness, all while you reach your goals.

What to expect when booking a 1:1 private:

  • Tailored to your goals and customized to your body with session lengths of your choosing. 30, 45, or 60 minutes

  • You can expect a warm-up, flow, drills, or peak-posture work, and a cool down.

  • After class, you receive a customized homework document so you can apply what you learned in class to your own practice.
