1:1 YOGA 

*New clients must book an Intro call prior to booking 1:1 sessions.

 I know just how hard it is to be a beginner in yoga, lost and confused by terminology and alignment. I know what it feels like to not know how to advance into deeper and more challenging postures. After hundreds of teaching hours, trainings and self-study I am here to help you start or advance your practice. *currently only accepting female clients.

1:1 time with me to better understand alignment, specific postures, etc.

Customized homework document to take what you learned in class and help apply it to a studio or at-home practice.
