My Favorite Smoothie Recipes

Hi friends!

Today’s topic is one that I don’t think I’ve ever touched on besides a quick photo in my story.. SMOOTHIES!! Hubby and I have a smoothie a few times a week and we have some staple go-to recipes. Here are two:

(Sorry.. we don’t measure anything exact)

Berrylicious

-2 handfuls of mixed frozen berries

-2 scoops Vital Proteins Berry collagen

-splash of Orange juice

-hefty splash of almond(or coconut or soy) milk

Blend that stuff all together and viola.

A bit sweeter

-2 handfuls of mixed frozen berries

-1 scoop Vital Proteins flavorless collagen

-1 scoop Vital Proteins strawberry lemon collagen

-1 banana

-small scoop of peanut butter(or almond butter)

-1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder (we have Orgain)

-hefty splash of almond(or coconut or soy) milk

Blend that stuff all together and viola #2

As far as our frozen mixed fruit goes usually the bag consists of: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries!

The blender we use was from our wedding registry and it’s the bomb! We highly recommend it. You can find that linked HERE.
